Can you host things other than websites?
Yes. Web apps, APIs, databases, email, game servers and Docker containers. If it runs on a server, email us what you need and we will set it up.
Which operating systems do you support?
Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky and AlmaLinux) and Windows Server, plus other mainstream systems on request. Every server sits behind a firewall we manage.
Can you move my existing website or server?
Yes. We copy it, test it on a staging environment and switch over in a window you choose. Your current setup stays untouched until you confirm everything works.
What happens when something goes down?
Our monitoring checks your services around the clock. An alert goes to an engineer, who investigates and keeps you updated until it is fixed.
How are backups handled?
Daily backups are stored away from the server they protect. We test restores regularly, so a backup is something you can actually use.
Do I get locked in?
No. Your data, domains and code are yours. If you ever leave, we will help you move out.
